It’s not great - I struggled to find the right one to use (used one for my MOT last year and then a different one appeared when trying to book my service). I used one booking service and it didn’t let me choose a date, but said someone would contact me, and then someone just emailed me telling me a date, which I couldn’t do! There was no talking to me about what date I could do. Then I ended up rebooking on the other (maybe correct) booking system online, which worked (I could pick a day/time) but it seems I couldn’t book a normal service, I chose what I thought was right, but at every stage staff thought it was a lease car when it wasn’t and I confirmed on email it wasn’t - the branch still called and asked me when they had my car. I don’t think there is communication with the branch teams!

Was very simply and easy to book in Booked in for a Saturday service was very quick to get serviced and able to pick up and drop off very easily after a in depth service.
