friendly and professional staff

I purchased a car on the 13 August 2025 since then it has done approximately 2k miles but the oil is saying 24 % on the app.I believe it was due to be serviced before I picked it up. If it was, then should the oil degrade that fast, if it was not then should it have been serviced, as one was due so soon after purchase.Ive sent 3 emails on this, one to service department and 2 to sales but have not had a reply.On a minor point I've recently discovered that the rear speakers have blown. Only just realised as the radio is normally off, but thats only minor.

I spoke with Aiden who was very helpful offering advice on the purchase and PX of my car.

I was very happy with everyone at Ford. As usual everyone was very polite and helpful.

Enquiry was dealt with very promptly and professionally.

They were quick to respond to my enquiry. Tate sent a video of car and offered an acceptable p/x price for my car. Unfortunately I delayed my decision over a weekend, so the car was sold - Shame

I was surprised that you called me, as I was only looking at what you have available across the country. I am interested in another car but sure about keyless and prices

The sales staff were friendly,had a good knowledge of vehicles and what I was looking for.I sourced the vehicle I was after from a different dealership!
