I wasn't given a choice of appointment time, and was assigned an all day appointment when I wanted a while you wait. I rang the call center to sort it out, and while I was given a choice of time, I was booked in for an all day appointment. Very polite and expedited my service/MOT after my booking was mismanaged by the call center.
