I was originally going to wait while the mot and service were done but my husband is seriously ill and had taken a turn for the worse in the night so I wanted to be home with him. When I explained this to the gentleman serving me without hesitation he asked if I would like a lift home which I gratefully accepted. When the work was finished I was called to say a car was on its way to pick me up. This act of kindness meant so much to me at such a difficult time.
