Quick, efficient and very nice staff. No improvement necessary in my book. I will say that Ford's policy to contact you for reviews at every opportunity is actually quite annoying. Since everyone wants a review it wastes my time constantly reviewing every thing. You're not the only ones, Sainsbury's, Argos etc etc all do it too. Service was impeccable though, so thanks ever so much for that
