Only one suggestion - I was sitting in the waiting area. I had not realised the boot did not need to be completely clear to check spare tyre etc - I had left a foldaway riangle and the cleaning kit in its pouch - the spare was not checked. If the engineers just put their heads round the door and explained I would have emptied it in 10 seconds. The service was prompt, very good receptionist, as far as I can tell it was satisfactory but I am not knowledgeable about cars!
