I think Charlie the manager should of shown a bit more interest but was happy with the salesman James but sad that he as got to keep going back & forth to Charlie when to me James was dealing in with quite reasonably Very happy from start to finish with the service of James banks But thought Charlie the manager was a bit stingy with the diesel only allowing £15.00 just enough to get me home also wasn’t in anyway willing to throw anything in I remember years ago fords was always the place to go for deals

I had a courtesy call this morning from the Southwoodham branch checking everything was ok with my van after the work carried out on it the lady that called and the lady in the branch were very helpful and extremely polite
