Although initially I thought I had made a correct booking after a call from the branch I realised I had actually booked the wrong service. This was corrected by a member of the team happy days. From the online booking and confirmation calls prior to my visit all was conducted in a friendly and professional manner.

The front office staff are courteous, friendly, capable and professional. The MoT and major service were undertaken quickly while we waited and it appears a thorough job was done in each case. The price was as quoted at the time of booking. Some follow-up work was undertaken at no extra charge. The service manager even helped me reverse the car out of a tight parking space (to my shame I wasn't up to the job).
