I found everything was first class. The two young ladies i met at the service counter were first class, the car was dealt with and they informed me it was ready to collect. Couldn't fault it.

Easy and transparent It was easy to book and the staff at South Woodham were really understanding when I had to reschedule my 1st appointment due to an illness. Everything was explained when I took my car in and I was kept updated frequently throughout the day. I got stuck in traffic and Alex even stayed later to ensure I could pick my car up which I really appreciated Thank you!
