From the moment I arrived to the moment I drove away James and team were friendly, clear and helpful and I really appreciated not being given any "hard sell" with anything. James was particularly helpful with taxing the vehicle - something which other garages have left me to do for myself after leaving. James definitely went the extra mile for me and was genuinely a really nice guy. In addition to this the vehicle itself was in great condition and looked like new - certainly better than i was expecting Thank you!

Mostly easy to follow. just that I wanted a basic service which didn't seem to be on the choice list. When I took the car in I was expecting to have to explain which service I wanted but the basic (loyalty service) had already been selected (don't know how). Also the reduced MOT fee for having an accompanying service didn't show on the booking in form, but I noticed had been amended on the paperwork at the reception desk. So quite pleased that somehow the office were aware. The booking, reception, friendliness and work explanation were excellent.

Staff were pleasant and professional, service was carried out as required and in good time, great experience.
