A good service as normal

Right from the start the service was excellent. Booking the service was easy and every cost was explained so there was no surprises on the day of the service and advised of all the documents needed for a hire car. Booking in was easy. and the receptionist was very pleasant and polite. Also asked if I would like a free car was after the service, which I accepted. During the MOT I was sent a short video showing all the important areas underneath the car, and advising the tolerances of tyre wear and break disk wear, and ultimately that there were no issues with the vehicle and therefore passed the MOT. Received a timely phone call to say that the car was ready and the total cost. I needed to fill up roughly the correct amount of fuel used. The same receptionist delt with me when paying for the work done and gave the same level of courtesy and politeness as in the morning. All in all a totally stress free experience. Thank you
