Because James was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the vehicle. In respect of the the next questions, these were not really applicable as the car was already at your sales showroom. I have ticked all excellant so as to carry on.

Receptionist very helpful and informative. Booking service rated with 3 stars because they did not realise this was 4 year service/40,000 mile and booked me in for a two year service. Good to get the video and be reassured about the condition of my car
