I booked a waiting slot for my service but when I arrived was told their was no booking. However the receptionist said she could book me in and did so however I then had to wait 3 hours for my vehicle thus the POOR booking reference.I would add that the receptionist was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Your booking system needs looking at !!!
