Where to start?? Firstly Tia-Alyce was an incredibly warm, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful person. She wanted to help me immediately - took time to listen to me and find a car. The manager was also helpful - sorting out the finance on the used vehicle I bought. They gave me a good price on my part exchange BMW - better than the BMW dealer had offered! They offered a 1 hour test drive in the Focus - which was great! I was able to take it home and measure the boot space which was the reason for my purchase. I had hoped to take the car that evening- but the Finance got referred (later approved) Tia brought me home so I didn't have the sadness of driving my BMW one more time. Tia then delivered the car the next morning to my home - taking time to get to know my dog and explain the car to me. It was an incredibly positive experience. Thank you Tia

I’d like to thank James Banks, sales executive at Lookers Ford South Woodham Ferrers. They didn’t have on the forecourt the car I had in mind but James demonstrated the various models and features that I wanted. Next he sourced the car I did want from their network of dealerships and gave me the time to consider before I decided to purchase. Car arrived in a few days, prepped and I duly inspected before sealing the deal.
