Very happy with the service received on my initial telephone call, on-line check-in was excellent and certainly sped things up when bringing my car in. Hire car was clean and very nice to drive, the video sent to my phone was excellent and the explanation from the mechanic was very clear and informative, the link to show progress was also informative to show where the car was in the process, and the time taken to do the service and additional bodywork was very prompt. Also returning the courtesy car and picking up my own car was very quick and payment details explained etc. Very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you.

This service was on my sons Focus - one of three 3 Ford vehicles in our household - all from Lookers Ford at South Woodham and all with a Lookers Service Plan in place. We received the reminder call from Lookers when this Service and MOT was due. The car was quickly booked in and serviced MOt'd cleaned and ready for collection all as planned. Another great service as always from the team at Lookers South Woodham. Thanks again guys!

James Holder did an excellent job despite all the difficulties with FCE and the delays encountered when Ford halted deliveries in June. The following comments do not reflect on James, but the situation with Ford and FCE It seems to me that there was distinct lack of communication between Lookers, FCE and Ford themselves, most of which was down to FCE and Fords. If Ford dont tell the dealer what is going on or do a bit more to help then the dealer or account manager can't keep the customer informed. The protracted delay in manufacturing the vehicle was exacerbated by the deliver yhold that Ford imposed on 23rd June and FCE just didn't seem able to understand how to deal with the finance, especially when the vehicle was held up at the dealers. TBH it would have been even worse if I had decided to dispose of the vehicle myself rather than using Ford Finance as I could easily have been left without a vehicle for nigh on ten weeks whilst Ford sorted out the problems with the eCall system. All in all it was a painful experience, however I am now happy that I've got my Kuga,15 months after ordering it and 12 months after the original forecast delivery date.

We have dealt with Ben from South Woodham branch for our last two cars and he’s been brilliant throughout the whole process. Both occasions told him what we were after and the choices he found us were spot on. Would happily go back for next vehicle
