Having worked in the trade many years ago and bought a fair few cars in my time,i have to say that Tia is the most polite sales person I've conducted business with. Thank you for your time.

I was very anxious regarding a concern with my vehicle. Charlie at the call centre arranged a time for my vehicle for the next day. This in itself was excellent service. I arrived at the dealership and was seen immediately. I was spoken to courteously and everything was explained. I received a call when my car was ready for collection. I have been given information regarding contacting Ford CSC which was helpful.

Alex and Dan on the service reception are a real credit to Lookers Ford SWF - they are courteous and helpful, their attention to customers (they recall who you are and interact with you) is a delight and appreciated. Well done to all the staff in the service department, but in particular Alex and Dan.

I was very impressed with service assistant Alexsandra she was Very friendly and polite and was very helpful with regards to collecting my car for me

The parking at the site is an issue. There were no spaces available at the allotted time for my vehicle drop off. The recall action took 6 hours in total - Ford notified only 1 hour in the recall notice, Lookers advised 2 hours when I made the initial booking and 5 hours when I dropped the vehicle off. I had plans based around the 5 hours which we had to change. The staff were all friendly, polite and helpful and the vehicle was returned in a good clean condition.

As always, very friendly and helpful people to do business with.
