I originally booked my car in as my aircon was not working, which was checked and found to have a hole in the condenser. I had to pay £130, which I feel is expensive considering nothing was actually done. I then had t pay £590 for work and parts when I took it back.

Staff at South Woodham Ferrers always helpful and friendly. Disappointing they are no longer able to sell New cars (I believe a Ford decision) as I have found other, near, Ford main dealers not so helpful.

A few too many chase emails and text messages to remind me to book. It did feel like I was hounded as I did not reply to the first 19.5.22. Far too early when not due until early July! But the service received on the day of the service was polite, efficient and helpful.
