Service staff were great, and friendly. It's a shame this has not been passed on to the sales team, when I ordered a Focus Active X last year.

Very good service. The gentleman that dealt with me was very efficient he didn’t take long to book my car on and then I was off on my way for the day until I was notified my car was ready. Keep up the good service

The service itself, as far as I am aware, was carried out in a professional manner as you would expect from a company such as Lookers. I was very pleased that they replaced, free of charge, the torn drivers side front door seal, as it was still within the second year of the 3 year warranty.

I had to deduct 1 star from my overall experience rating, as there was one negative for the whole experience. Spending nearly £300 I would have expected either a courtesy car or a car pick up & drop off. Living in Rayleigh I had to find someone to pick me up in the morning & then drop me back in the afternoon. But I would like to commend Alex on the desk, she was very friendly & extremely helpful sorting out a problem with my live traffic app. A little star, well done Alex.
