I originally booked my car in as my aircon was not working, which was checked and found to have a hole in the condenser. I had to pay £130, which I feel is expensive considering nothing was actually done. I then had t pay £590 for work and parts when I took it back.

Staff at South Woodham Ferrers always helpful and friendly.Disappointing they are no longer able to sell New cars (I believe a Ford decision) as I have found other, near, Ford main dealers not so helpful.
