The person who dealt with my purchase was James Holder. I previously bought a car through him and actively went to him again for this one as I always find him professional, courteous and friendly. He is very knowledgeable, explained my options and always answered any questions I had. There was a long delay in getting the car, due to lack of semiconductor chips, Covid and a Fiesta redesign, but I was kept informed at every stage. Thank you James.

Faced with a failing battery, & car still in warranty. I was disappointed that the car couldn't be looked at for over a week. The battery was replaced & the problem solved. I am sure you will agree this fell well short of the service normally offered by Lookers at SWF. I was caused a great deal of inconvenience by this. To get off the drive needed a jump start every time the car was used.

I was advised that the "while you wait" service would take 4 hours when I booked, as it was a service, MOT & recall software update. It actually only took 90 mins so hope all the work was still done. Either way the car valet wasn't in which was disappointing so the car wasn't washed. Overall the best part of the service and what would make me recommend this site was the service receptionist Alexandra Freedman who was friendly, attentive and approachable for any questions, as well as gave details and confidence. I have had to deal with her before during previous visits and she is the best dealership employee I have ever had to deal with, and I have have with allot.
