Tia was very good. She tried her hardest to find a car that was suitable for me. Only slight niggle, arranged a test drive and when we arrived someone else was interested in the car, a phone call would have been nice. We didn’t test it as didn’t want anything to happen to it. Still looking for a car.

We are now a 3 car Lookers Ford family; an SMax, a Fiesta, and now a Focus! It's always a great experience doing business with Ian and the rest of the team at Lookers South Woodham. As always - in both sales and service - they are really friendly, very helpful and totally professional . During this very difficult time due to serious delays with deliveries of new vehicles, the dealership kept me up to date as best as they could, but unfortunately they seemed only able to use the Ford systems for their information which to be honest were absolutely useless. The vehicle was built on November 8th 2021 and I collected the vehicle on 3rd February 2022. James Holder probably phoned me at least once or twice per week to give me an update and although there was little he could do, and without these updates I would probably cancelled the order.
