Yes when we roughy brought the vehicle it had a wheel that needed work doing on the said wheel. Once again the wheel is losing air which is the same wheel as before and need addressing.

Such friendly members of staff you have in the service department of your South Woodham Ferrers Branch. Called in just before Christmas as I had a warning light suddenly appear on my dashboard. It was all sorted as I waited as I was concerned that I would be without a car over the Christmas Holiday. Excellent service.

I would just like to say how very friendly and helpful everyone is in your service department , i waited for the car , and was soon offered a cup of coffee and again later on , watching the tv time soon passed , i would just like to say thank you to everyone there , i will have no hesitation in having the car serviced there in the future .
