Visit was a result of a letter from Ford requesting a recall. You did a quick inspection of the vehicle which I was not expecting but really please you to the time to check.

Everything good however just two comments. I was there for nearly 2 hours and it would have been nice to have been offered a drink. There was a machine in reception which staff were using. Also when asked if I wanted my car washed I said yes and was told it would be vacuumed. I asked if the boot could be vacuumed and was told yes. When I got home this had not been done. On a positive note the lady in reception was very helpful when I had trouble pairing up my phone as Bluetooth would not sync.

The customer service at Lookers Ford South Woodham Ferrers is second to none - Alex and Dan the ‘front facing’ team are an absolute delight and helpful beyond their given remit.

My 2nd car brought here, I wont go no where else, they know how to treat their customers, top class members of staff. How a car sales should be run, they have me for life. Thank you Marc.
