Both myself and daughter used this dealership a few times over the years, hence being our first and only choice.

i wanted to pay cash so a service plan was not required.very satisfied with my car & was treated in an excellent way.

I have used Lookers SWF for over 17 years and would usually give a score of 10, but on this occasion i am afraid a score of only 8 can be given, as apon arriving home I had to spend 15 minutes scrubbing oily dirty boot marks of my red interior carpets not exactly good customer care of their property is it.

Only problem I had was with the initial booking, as it was booked in the wrong dealership in a different part of the country, I did e mail booking department Chelmsford as error was noticed over the weekend but never received a reply!!!, if it had not been for the very helpful assistant in the service department in South woodham, I would have chose to go elsewhere, she was very polite and arranged my car to be done on date and time promised, more people needed like that!.

Very good service. Better parking facilities would make the experience much better. Thank you.
