Even though the young lady on the service desk and I think it was Dan who phoned me were very helpful, I was a little disappointed with the courtesy car wash as the car didn’t look as though it had been hovered and most definitely wasn’t leather dried, Apart from this a good customer experience

There is a need for Lookers to re-instate collection and delivery. I understand the decision to remove it due to cost, and the reduction in capacity through your workshops, however your nearest competition is actively promoting C&D through Facebook.
