The only comments i would like to make is about the lack of parking and space outside of the showroom and associated garages, and with regards to declining the breakdown cover & complimentary valet that came with the service/MOT that there was no reduction in the price of the quote of which i have had on previous bookings; of which i'm sure that there must be an indirect cost to these services.

I do think that the process is a little old fashioned that the sales staff have to agreed things with the Manager. I think the staff should be trained to be able to handle the sale.
