I didn't receive a phonecall to tell me what time to drop the car off. I phoned twice myself and couldn't be given an answer, just told someone would call and they didn't. Extremely helpful and friendly staff when dropping off and collecting the car. Was a complete surprise to find my car so clean when I collected it!!
