We were fortunate to get an appointment so quickly. To provide some feedback, I believe it would be best for Luke to ask the customer some questions about vehicle usage rather than tell them how the problem has occurred prior to actually finding out the situation. Darryl (or Darren) was very good and arranged a discussion with one of your technicians to explain about start/stop and battery capacity and recharge etc. I didn't get the technicians name, but both gents were very good.

The overall experience was excellent, however I wasn’t overly impressed with the delays since mid May, but I know that wasn’t the fault of the branch! Overall an excellent experience and I would recommend Lookers South Woodham Ferrers

Warranty work was completed to my complete satisfaction. The car was booked in very quickly via Lookers central phone number for the next day (very pleased) A confirmation email was sent to me on the day of the booking (a nice touch, professional and customer focused) There were 4 warranty issues that needed to be rectified over two days (the second day to requisite replacement parts) The work was completed in the time allocated and the result was an extremely satisfied customer. Thank you for an excellent service and see you again at service time.

I`ve used Lookers South Woodham for years, always great service, and very professional ,if your asking can they improve, I would say no they don't need to they seem to do everything just right.
