Tom the salesperson was very professional and helped me a great deal with problems I had negotiating my way around my mobile phone. Also sorting out a problem I had with insuring the vehicle as we had to get around a problem I had accessing an online account. He was polite, courteous, knowledgeable and very, very professional. Highly recommended. Would buy again, hopefully not in the too near future although I did indulge myself in looking closely at a Black Focus ST.
