Thomas Knapp was brilliant to deal with from start to end. He was professional polite and really helpful. Made us feel valued and comfortable with the process of exchanging my Corsa! Overall, the service I received was excellent. It would have been a five star if the price was reduced a bit as I’ve just found out the car was valued at £1000 less by other sites.
