Didn't have to wait a long time for an appointment, on the day the problem was found quickly and the part obtained that day, car collected late afternoon. Staff helpful and pleasant.

It may save time for the staff at the dealership, but it really doesn’t save me any time at all. Very helpful and sensible people who managed to fix my somewhat aged car efficiently. The automated system that sends you a text to tell you your car has arrived an hour or so after you parked it outside the building and handed over the keys to the human being who works there isn’t really very helpful.
