Happy to collect/deliver (I'm LBKA so would need an automatic courtesy car). Work appears to have been done well, if somewhat slower than expected, and car returned beautifully cleaned. Price seemed high.

Polite, efficient, explained the process clearly. Additionally, Gracie even came out of the showroom and helped me check that I hadn't left anything in any of the little storage compartments of the car I was part-exchanging .
