We drove a long way to collect the car so all info was dealt with by phone and email. All was very easy and Gracie was extremely professional and helpful. I have since found a small problem which is being sorted at my local Ford garage and Gracie has organised for me to be reimbursed.

explained previously in first question response Great dealer service, pick-up from home, delivery back again. Booking system works, easy to operated, good communication and efficient. Vehicle service was done more quickly than I expected and vehicle was also cleaned on return, nice surprise. Thank you.
