Efficient service and MOT and service and brake fluid change all done in 2.5 hours

Everything seemed more organised and I was aware the person behind the counter seemed relaxed which would make the customer which has to make his customer happy.

Everything is made simple and easy. The staff are always friendly, helpful and welcoming, and I trust the quality of their work.

Fairly easy to use. Although some issues with selecting the correct dealership and availability timeslot. Excellent service. I was kept up to date with the process of my MOT and it was completed in satisfactory time

Theservice was great - the prices of parts are of course more than an independent garage.

I would say it's not necessary to send a video of the trye check. Was I bit confused by this.

I dealt with Hannah from the very beginning. I have had multiple cars from Ford over at least ten years. In this time the dealers I have dealt with can be pushy to the point of rudeness and be the stereotypical car salesman (no offence meant). However, Hannah was the complete opposite and is the reason why we chose your dealership in Sudbury and why we didn’t go anywhere else. From my first visit Hannah was amazing especially with my one year old who I had in tow. There was another lady there who was also brilliant as at one point she was watching my son for me. None of this was expected by me so was such a pleasant surprise and made my whole experience so much easier. Hannah then continued to contact me but she didn’t pressure me like others have before. Her patience was amazing and no ask was too big for her. This continued onto when we got our car. Hannah understood that it was a massive financial commitment for us and didn’t push us at all, where I know others would have gone for the hard sell. I cannot praise Hannah and the other lady who was there on both occasions and made a continued effort with my little one despite being really busy. If there is some sort of employee of the month Hannah should definitely get it. We don’t always get thanked for going the extra mile enough so I hope this can be passed back to the team so they can be recognised!
