We drove a long way to collect the car so all info was dealt with by phone and email. All was very easy and Gracie was extremely professional and helpful. I have since found a small problem which is being sorted at my local Ford garage and Gracie has organised for me to be reimbursed.

Throughout the whole process of buying the car, Gracie was really efficient, from the video tour to sorting out paperwork etc and arranging the delivery. The delivery date was really fast and the driver arrived on time and gave us updates. Really pleased with the service that we received.
