Polite, efficient, explained the process clearly. Additionally, Gracie even came out of the showroom and helped me check that I hadn't left anything in any of the little storage compartments of the car I was part-exchanging .

I Found a couple of minor problems with the car I purchased but the sales team are sorting the problems out free of charge and have been very polite and helpful
