Using online booking I booked a drop and go slot for 12pm. This was confirmed in the follow up text. However when the dealership called the day before the service the system had changed it to a while you wait service at 3pm. This caused me inconvenience as I had rearrange my plans and wait in Sudbury until 5pm which is after when I was supposed to be collecting my children from nursery.

As an 84 year old I really appreciated the service I received. The car was collected from my property which meant I didn't have to drive to the dealership and then sit in a waiting room for some time while the car was serviced before driving back home again. I use the Sudbury Lookers garage because of the excellent service I have always received from them. They care.
