Very helpful and cooperative service team staff, who willingly sorted out a couple of minor problems that I had. The wheels of industry were clearly oiled by my wife's home baked chocolate brownies!!

Bit of a muddle over pricing of the job when booking.

Gracie was amazing and replies very quickly, they are a good garage to buy from, I’ve had a little issue with my screenwash not working when it got delivered but they are rectifying it for me.

I found the the whole team very helpful, but Gracie was absolutely fantastic helping to answer all my question and provided help with any thing I needed. I would recommend Lookers at Sudbury to anyone looking for a car.

Sales Executive Gracie Abbott was so polite and helpful, I cannot tell you how much of a pleasure it was to purchase a vehicle from her. The communication throughout the week was excellent as I do not live local and Gracie even managed to have the vehicle ready to go on the day I visited. 10/10 service, nothing to fault at all.
