We were met by Gracie in Sudbury Suffolk Ford dealers and from the start she was helpful, and showed us options and there was no hard sale, she was polite and knowledgeable in the car we were looking at. Gracie kept in contact with us via txt and email and was a pleasure to work with. Gracie also delivered our car with a smile at the time agreed.
