I found staff and manager both friendly and professional. Where the person I had been dealing with was going to be on leave the day of my test drive he made sure that another staff member was expecting me and had made all the necessary arrangements. I felt that nothing was too much trouble for anyone and that they valued my custom.

Very attentive treat me from Anya for which many thanks. In the end my car was repaired but I would certainly go back if I needed another one. I was rather avalanched with attention which was the only slightLy off putting thing by Colchester too! I admire the motivation and quick response but sometimes less is more! I loved Anya’s video!
