Constant barrage of emails and phone calls to get me to book a service , weeks away from actual date , found it bullying and intimidating , will sway me to book elsewhere next time .

My whole experience with the dealership was first class.I have an issue with the car itself.When purchased we were not told that the car could not be used for short journeys without having a longer run regularly.As we mainly do shorter journeys we have to put up with the battery getting low and lots of the features that convinced us to buy the vehicle in the first place shut down.The rear hatch door will not open on it's own and we have to help it up and down.The mobile phone charging pad doesn't work.Unlocking the doors will not work by putting my hand on the handle and lots of other things.Very frustrating.Please respond with your thoughts.Thank you
