Front of house are so friendly and professional. I wasn't overly impressed with the cleaning of the car however it was very poor and if I pay for that in my service plan I'd expect alot better, the wheels were still dirty and the interior was poor too.

Coffee machine was working but no cups

I was told that my screen that has my sat nav, radio etc. doesn't get updated by you and I would have to do this myself. I am not confident to do this and wouldn't want to mess something up. I feel that this is one of the reasons you go to a main dealer instead of any other garage so this is disappointing. I would also like to say that the person at the front desk who dealt with me was very good and friendly and was happy to answer any questions I had. I answered no to the video question as all I got was someone checking my tyre tread but nothing more so no explanation about my car as a whole.
