Huge thank you to the person who cleaned my car, wasn't expecting it and it had been used as a work horse over past few weeks, so a lot of leaves etc inside. Job well done - I think I was more chuffed with that than anything. Dealership allowed me to sue a table in the showroom so I could continue to work using my laptop for the hour so was happy with that.

Joseph Branch was really helpful. Communicating when possible about my car and build dates etc. The only thing that could have made it better was clearer communication via ford in Craovia. I love my new car and am very greatful to have it after a near 10 month wait.
