I left a deposit on a car over the weekend but decided not to go ahead with the sale, I apologised to Hannah in Used Car Sales and explained why I wouldn't be commencing with the sale. I never mentioned the deposit because I felt that this would be unfair to mention straight away and maybe contact her later in the week and have a conversation. Anyway the following day my holding deposit had been approved ready to return to myself. Although I didn't make a purchase this time I must say everything was dealt with very professionally and it was a pleasure dealing with Lookers at Sudbury. ATB Matt Robinson

Excellent servicing and detailed information on the health of my Ford Puma. I would just add that after receiving a text link to show where my car was during its servicing, it was not kept up to date. My wife took my car in for service as I was unable to and waited the 2 hours for it to be finished. I was following the progress and was surprised when she arrived home yet the car was still showing as being in the workshop not yet finished, being cleaned or collected. Not a real problem but just something I thought I should mention.

It's nice just to check your worksheet before you take your car in, and also I was able to leave a note for the staff about a problem which had arisen with my car in the time since I had booked it in. I was very happy with my recent visit to Lookers. My service and MOT were carried out swiftly and on time and I was kept informed throughout. Nice friendly service at all times.
