The commutation we experienced with Sales Executive Gracie Abbott was excellent. She e mailed me when there was any change in the progress of my car, and if we were not sure about any of the procedures she would explain in detail to us, and if we have any further problems to contact her and she will sort them out.

Front of house are so friendly and professional. I wasn't overly impressed with the cleaning of the car however it was very poor and if I pay for that in my service plan I'd expect alot better, the wheels were still dirty and the interior was poor too.
