I was told that my screen that has my sat nav, radio etc. doesn't get updated by you and I would have to do this myself. I am not confident to do this and wouldn't want to mess something up. I feel that this is one of the reasons you go to a main dealer instead of any other garage so this is disappointing.I would also like to say that the person at the front desk who dealt with me was very good and friendly and was happy to answer any questions I had.I answered no to the video question as all I got was someone checking my tyre tread but nothing more so no explanation about my car as a whole.
