I was helped through the entire process by Gracie Abbott. She was very knowledgeable and efficient. Her presentation of available products and services was conducted professionally and not pushy. Obviously at times she needed to defer certain decisions to a supervisor which was totally understandable. All in all a positive experience and I cannot speak highly enough of the whole process.
