I had booked the service online in advance along with email confirmation but it appeared my chosen garage had not received this booking on their system.

We are very happy with this dealership they fitted us in at short notice due to a fault showing up on our car they explained everything in terms we could understand

This is the 4th car I have bought since November (for other members of family) and by far the best buying experience. It was the easiest to view, test drive and obtain information about. Gracie was knowledgable and helpful without being pushy. She proved she knew about the car by giving information on the gadets inside and discussed all aspects of vehicles in general. She did recommend all the additional insurances and explain how they could be beneficiall but I declined them. I was very happy with how easy they made part-exchanging my vehicle which is something I haven't done before but would now consider doing again when necessary. From completing the form (stating I would like to part exchange a vehicle), the phone call was approximately five minutes and I didn't feel pressured into making the appointment to view. Even being very late, Gracie was welcoming and didn't hurry me at all. Please thank the staff, they appeared to be a happy team in the showroom and gave me confidence in buying from them.
