I mainly dealt with Gracie, who was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble, she made the whole experience an absolute pleasure. I would just like to say however that everyone at I met at Lookers, Sudbury were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
