For the financial options question, I have only given two stars because I said from the start that I had cash plus a part exchange and that I wasn't interested in finance.However I still received more than adequate details which were in my case a complete waste of my time and the time of the sales person.Otherwise, Anya, who was assigned to me, was excellent. Very helpful and not at all pushy.One of the reasons I didn't buy the car was the fact that that we couldn't agree on the value of the car I wanted to part exchange.The sales manager was involved in this. He obviously knew very little about the market for the Honda CR-Z and repeatedly mentioned AutoTrader as a source for valuations but paid very little attention to my repeated submission that this is exactly where I got my valuation from! Very frustrating as we were about £1000 apart!!Not to put too fine a point on it, the sales manager came across as a bit arrogant and certainly gave the impression that maximum profit was the name of the game.Finally I must say that I was promised an email with all the details of costings, etc on it and this never materialised.

Outstanding customer service as usual.My car was in for its routine service which was dealt with my Terry and I have no complaints at all. My car service (and wash) was completed in excellent time and was back with me much quicker than expected. As a self confessed worrier, any queries and concerns I had about my car were talked through with me by Terry in the usual polite and very friendly manner that I have always received from both Terry and Mark in the past and because of this, I find it very reassuring to go there and nothing seems too much trouble even at busy times.A great team there!
