They answered all my queries, getting back to me quickly and keeping in regular contact with updates and completion date. Joseph was very friendly, knowledgeable and chatty which put me at ease straight away, even following up via email a couple of days later to check I was enjoying the car. The handover of the car was very smooth and all the work that they said would be done before I picked it up was completed as requested. I particularly enjoyed the fact that we weren't accompanied on the test drive as it made the experience more comfortable. I would definitely recommend and use them again!

Initially I visited Sudbury Lookers to book my Focus ST3 in for a service but while making arrangements I was distracted by the look of a Ford Puma ST-LINE X in the showroom and in a colour that required a further look. After having a walk around the vehicle I was approached by Joseph Branch (sales executive) who answered a number of questions in a detailed manner and without any persistent sales pressure. This led to my growing interest in the Puma and I arranged for a valuation of my Focus ST3 to go forward with a possible purchase. Following the valuation an agreement was reached and I'm pleased to say I'm now the very happy owner of the Puma ST-LINE X. I must add at this stage and coming from a sales background myself that Joseph Branch was very professional in the way he carried out the administration and is a credit to Lookers management.I have bough a number of cars from Lookers Sudbury and so has my wife since around 2005. With the service we have had from both sales and service departments, long may our association continue.Thank you Lookers.

I am always pleased with the professional and friendly service I get at Lookers Ford Sudbury. My only complaint is that I wastruly bombarded with reminders to book the service, with calls and voice messages on my landline, plus more calls/voicemails/texts on my mobile, plus emails, beginning at least a month before the service was due. I even continued to receive them AFTER I had made the booking. Enough already!

I always receive friendly and helpful service from the Service Department. I took out a Service Plan after my last service in April so my MOT this week was done under that plan.

I needed a new offside fog light and it was explained to me how much it would cost and that the part would have to be ordered.

Brilliant service and understanding. Would definitely buy a car from here again.
