Overall the whole process was good and communication with the staff was good but my car was cleaned after the inspection and to be honest whom ever cleaned it needs to go to spec savers as they missed the back of the car and I had to finish cleaning it myself when I got home - I know it's only a courtesy clean but your paying some one to do a job which they are not doing properly.
