Unfortunately the car wasn't cleaned again this year ,even though it gives it on the tracking status as part of the process before collection . The vehicle tracking status was very handy indeed . Already have a service plan when i bought the car .

Terry did brilliantly. Despite not being told mine would be a waiting appointment (hence the 4 stars for the booking process), he managed to get my car turned round in less than 3 hours. Very good service. Thanks!

I stayed in reception waiting for my service to be completed and several customers came in during that time. The staff were nothing but polite and informative to them. A very well run reception team I think.
