Apart from my initial trying to contact Lookers Sudbury where I was transferred to 3 different people at Sudbury and then to someone in Newcastle, the service was then excellent I had an urgent medical appointment and my car had gone wrong a couple of hours before, so I was very appreciative that they fitted me in last minute and sorted the issue, which alleviated my anxiety no end thank you !!!

Excellent customer service and communication. MOT completed ahead of schedule after taking my wishes into account.

I had the car serviced a month ago and MOT’d last week. Both experiences were really excellent. I waited on both occasions and was kept informed of progress throughout and lavished with free coffee. Friendly staff I trusted their advice and diagnostics completely. Car stuff is so often frustrating and expensive and trust between the customer and the garage/dealership is absolutely crucial. Lookers Ford Sudbury ticked all the boxes in spades!
